3，舊二手挖掘機(jī)進(jìn)口許可證：第3個(gè)部分北京商務(wù)部以及地方商務(wù)廳 

這個(gè)主要的是針對(duì) 特殊的二手挖掘機(jī) 進(jìn)行審核，例如：工程二手挖掘機(jī)、灌裝二手挖掘機(jī)、部分食品二手挖掘機(jī)等。
